SERUM SEPARATOR GEL CLOT ACTIVATOR
Semi Vacuum- Vacuum tubes containing blood clot activator and polymer gel.
- These tubes enable rapid blood clotting (5 minutes) and serum separation in just 15 minutes after collection when centrifuged (RCF 1.2 / 3000 RPM), placing a gel barrier between the serum and blood cells.
- This feature ensures complete fibrin removal, resulting in clear serum.
- Additionally, due to the specific type of gel and absence of hemolysis or air bubbles in the serum, the sample can be safely used with probes and needles in automated analyzers without any risk of damage.
- Ability to store and preserve patient samples without serum separation at -70°C and subsequent thawing without any changes in serum appearance or indices is another advantage of these tubes.
- Reduced risk of hemolysis in these tubes adds to their benefits.
