• Vacuum tubes contain blood coagulation activator and polymeric granule.
• During the rapid coagulation of blood and separation of serum after centrifugation (round RCF 1.2 / 3000 RPM), the granule will be placed between serum and blood cells.
• This feature will remove fibrin and create a transparent serum.
